We Build Green

If you are concerned about the environment as many folks are today, NCTF qualifies for energy efficient savings and construction methods by using “Green Building Components,” Structural Insulated Panels (SIP), and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).

Low maintenance costs, utilities and energy efficient values of R-22 to R-50 can be expected in the environmentally safe, home of your dreams. NCTF pre-builds each part of the frame carefully constructing joints laying them out on our shop floor. They are then re-assembled on the job-site guaranteeing a perfect fit. The same finishing work is accomplished with sharp hand chisels that early builders used centuries ago. Give us a try – you won’t be disappointed.

Professionalism From Start to Finish

If you own property and are seriously considering a timber frame home we will work with you to determine your needs and budget with a preliminary plan and an estimate for construction. Since we only build custom designed structures each home is different and one-of-a-kind. We can help you from start to finish and will have the frame raised in one week for an average size home and two to four weeks for enclosing it with structural insulated panels.
